About

A clean way out, and a clear way in.

EXITLY exists for one specific transaction: an owner who wants to step out of a property commitment, and a buyer who wants to step into it. Everything we build serves that single handover.

What EXITLY is

EXITLY is a property exit and opportunity platform operating in Egypt. It is not a general real-estate marketplace and it does not list every unit for sale in the country. It handles resale of units still under a payment plan with a developer, where the current owner would rather move on and someone else would rather take the contract over.

The owner recovers the amount they have actually paid — verified by our team — and the buyer continues the plan with the developer from where it stands. That is the whole product. Everything else is the work of making the numbers trustworthy and the process calm.

There is no account to create and no dashboard to maintain. Owners and buyers give us their details, and our team talks to them directly. Every conversation between the two sides goes through us.

What EXITLY stands for

Four commitments. Each one is a constraint on how the product is allowed to behave, not a slogan.

  • 01

    Verified

No unit publishes itself. Every opportunity passes through a person: the documents are reviewed, the amount paid and the amount remaining are confirmed with the owner, and the market price is set by EXITLY staff before anything goes live. If the figures cannot be verified, the unit is not published.

  • 02

    Transparent

Every figure is shown separately and labelled for what it is — paid in cash so far, remaining with the developer, contract value, market price today, market gain, and the EXITLY fee. Nothing is combined to make a number look better. The fee is never deducted from the gain, and the gain is never presented as if it were net.

  • 03

    Confidential

A public opportunity describes a unit and its economics, never a person. Seller names, phone numbers and submitted documents are used for review only. They are not published, not shown to buyers, and not shared. The public page has no field they could appear in.

  • 04

    Opportunity driven

We publish units where the numbers make sense on both sides, rather than as many listings as possible. An owner recovers what they paid without pressure to accept less; a buyer sees the real position of the contract before deciding.

Egypt, in Egyptian pounds

EXITLY operates in Egypt. Units, projects, developers and areas are Egyptian, and every figure is quoted in Egyptian pounds.

The site is fully bilingual from the first release — Arabic and English are equal, not a translation of one another, and the Arabic experience is built right to left rather than mirrored as an afterthought.

About

The verification commitment

This is what "verified" concretely means on an EXITLY opportunity.

  1. Four documents are required from every owner: the unit layout or division plan, the payment plan, the first page of the contract, and the unit location on the master plan.
  2. Those documents are operational evidence. They are reviewed and then kept private — they never become listing images and never appear on a public page.
  3. The amount an owner states is treated as a declaration, not a fact, until our team has reviewed it and recorded a verified figure.
  4. The current market price is entered by authorised EXITLY staff during review. An owner-declared value never becomes the published market price.
  5. Approval is a human decision. Automation can flag and assist, but it is never allowed to publish a unit on its own.

Where a figure does not reconcile, the opportunity is held for human review. It is never corrected silently.

What we do not do

  • We do not price a unit above what the owner has paid.
  • We do not publish an owner’s identity, contact details or documents.
  • We do not hold reservations — an opportunity stays available until it is marked sold.
  • We do not charge the seller, and we do not charge the buyer anything before a transfer completes.
  • We do not present the fee as part of the gain, or the gain as if the fee had been taken out of it.
