The process, end to end
How EXITLY works
Two simple journeys, both handled by our team.
Run the numbers
Safe Exit Calculator
Estimate where you stand before you move — whether you are an owner thinking about exiting, or a buyer weighing an opportunity. These figures are estimates built from the numbers you enter, and are not a substitute for real contract review.
If you want to exit your unit
Enter the figures above to see the estimate.
If you want to exit
- Step 1
Share your unit
Send your unit details, what you have paid, and the four required documents.
- Step 2
We review
Our team checks the documents and the payment plan, then contacts you.
- Step 3
We verify the numbers
We confirm the amount paid and the amount remaining with the developer with you.
- Step 4
We publish
Once approved, your unit is published without your name or contact details.
- Step 5
We complete the transfer
We introduce a buyer and support the contract transfer with the developer.
You pay nothing at any step.
If you want to buy
- Step 1
Browse opportunities
Every published unit shows its figures in full, each one separately.
- Step 2
Tell us you are interested
Leave your number and our team calls you about the unit.
- Step 3
We share the details
You get the payment plan, the remaining obligation and the documentation position.
- Step 4
You take over the contract
You pay the seller what they have paid, and continue the plan with the developer.
- Step 5
Transfer completes
EXITLY's 1% fee on the contract value becomes due once the transfer is complete.
The 1% is never required up front and is never added into another figure.
What it costs
One fee, on one side, at one moment.
EXITLY earns on completed transfers and on nothing else. That is the whole commercial model.
Sellers pay nothing
There is no listing fee, no review fee, no success fee and no commission on the seller side — not at submission, not at publication, not at completion.
Buyers pay 1% of the contract value
The contract value is the verified amount already paid plus the amount still remaining with the developer. 1% of that total is EXITLY’s fee.
No transfer, no fee
The fee becomes due only when the contract transfer is complete. If a transfer does not happen, nothing is owed by anyone.
The fee is always shown as its own line. It is never subtracted from the market gain and never blended into the paid-in-cash-so-far figure.

Both journeys begin the same way — you tell us, and our team calls you.
